Our Story
Muslusky Law was founded in 2014 with a clear mission: to provide accident victims and injured workers in Nevada with legal representation that is personal, responsive, and results-driven.
From the beginning, the firm focused on personal injury and workers’ compensation cases, helping individuals navigate some of the most stressful moments of their lives after serious accidents, workplace injuries, and preventable harm. Rather than operating as a high-volume case mill, Muslusky Law was built to give clients direct access to their legal team and clear guidance at every step of the process.

The Firm Today
Today, Muslusky Law is a Las Vegas personal injury and workers’ compensation law firm backed by more than 50 years of combined legal experience. Our attorneys and case management team bring deep knowledge of Nevada courts, insurance companies, and third-party liability policies to every case we handle.
We represent clients in a wide range of injury matters, including car crashes, workplace accidents, injuries and exposures, slip and fall accidents, construction incidents, hotel and casino accidents, and other negligence-based claims throughout Southern Nevada.

She provides vital bilingual support in English and Spanish, utilizing her Nevada hearings license to assist clients with compassionate service. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and staying active with friends and family.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, she has grown within the legal field since 2019 through dedicated hands-on experience. She serves as a bilingual Case Manager, handling cases and supporting clients throughout the legal process. She holds a hearing license, allowing her to represent clients, and continues to grow in her career with a strong passion for helping others and getting results. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Sherrie Barros
Workers’ Compensation Case Manager
Originally from Hawaii and a Heald College graduate, she has spent over 13 years in the Las Vegas workers' compensation field. With a decade of specialized experience, she serves as both a Nevada Staff Adjuster Licensee and a Hearings Division Advocate. Her professional background ensures expert management of complex workers’ compensation claims. Outside of the office, she finds balance through reading, crafting, and spending time with family.
Armando Bravo
Bilingual Case Manager
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, and graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice. While in college, he volunteered as a translator for patients at local hospitals. He began at Muslusky Law as a clerk and advanced to Case Manager through his hard work and commitment to client service. He works on personal injury cases and is fluent in Spanish. In his free time, Armando enjoys grilling and spending time with his family.
Omar Munguia
Case Management Department Lead
A Las Vegas resident since 2001 and Green Valley High graduate, he transitioned from a licensed insurance adjuster to a dedicated worker advocate. He began his career in 2010 as a claims assistant, transitioning to a licensed adjuster and building a strong foundation in workers’ compensation. He joined Muslusky Law in 2018, where he obtained his hearing license and now leads the department with strategic expertise. He enjoys road trips with his wife and two children.
Mike Flores
Senior Workers’ Compensation Case Manager
A UC Riverside graduate and Las Vegas resident since 2004, he brings over 17 years of industry experience to the firm. He began his career in 2008 as a claims adjuster, developing a comprehensive foundation in the workers’ compensation process. He joined Muslusky Law in 2023, applying his extensive insider expertise to support our legal team and clients. In 2024, he obtained his license as a Hearing Advocate and represents clients with skill and dedication.
